We prepare Joint Permit Applications for waterfront projects. Piers, boat lifts, floating docks, etc. are among the many items that are constructed. Shoreline stabilization such as bulkheads, rip rap and Living Shorelines also requires permits. These projects can impact vegetated wetlands and non-vegetated wetlands.
CREATIVITY We design every project to be rock solid but that doesn’t mean that your pier must look like a picnic table on piles. Why not put in a split-level pier for boarding or use a composite deck board? We get excited about our work and want to strive to build a project that is second to none.
